Oh, you guys are so nice!
And yes, it was a bit fast. I wrote 50,000 words in November for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), then wrote the short story that was just contracted by Cobblestone. It's been revised about half a dozen times.
I'm now working on another story; after that, I'll go back to my NaNo story and get it up to about 90,000 words.
It's a little weird thinking of myself as an author, to tell you the truth. But I'm having a lot of fun writing.
